This page sets out all our guidelines and protocols for managing the risk of Covid-19 in school.
School is no longer offering staggered drop off and pick up times, but the one way system utilised through the walkways is still in place.
All Gates open at 8.45am for all pupil drop off. Pick up time for all pupils is now back to our original 3.15pm.
In the event that a pupil displays symptoms they should take a PCR test. If this test is positive then follow the instructions from the NHS Covid response team. If an asymptomatic pupil tests positive on a lateral flow test, again they should take a PCR test as soon as possible and follow the instructions from the NHS Covid response team.
If another member of the household tests positive for Covid, those who are double vaccinated and/or under the age of 18 years and 6 months need not self isolate. If this is the case then pupils may still come to school. In this situation we would request that the pupil takes a PCR test as soon as possible and lateral flow tests before coming to school.
We encourage all parents and carers to take twice-weekly lateral flow tests to help prevent an outbreak in school. For details of how to get tests and what to do if you get a positive result, please see the file below:
